🤝 Responsibilities for LPN/TMA:
- Care for senior population requiring Assisted Living health care services
- Provide resident care and treatment
- Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
- Educate and update residents on medical treatments
🎓 Qualifications for LPN/TMA:
- Current license in good standing as an LPN or RN in the State of Minnesota
- CPR certification is required
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
