Requirements:
- 6+ months experience in a long-term care culinary setting OR 6+ months experience in large-quantity catering
- Cooks must be able to work independently, managing their own time and station, while ensuring quality and timeliness of food. Must possess the ability to read and follow diet specifications and adhere to department guidelines, as well as regulatory requirements.
